ArtPrize Grand Rapids
Artprize is the largest art competition of its kind in the world. Artprize is an exciting arena where established and emerging artists are afforded the chance to show off their work. Visitors cast their vote and the winner gets the big prize of $250,000. People throughout the city are given the opportunity to open their doors and allow artists to showcase their creations. There is no one official curator for the competition and because the number of artists and venues is ever-changing, the possibilities are wide-open.
