 Boardwalk Condos are cool lofts located a little over a mile north of the downtown core, at 940 Monroe NW. Boardwalk Condos are affordable downtown Grand Rapids condos that offer many amenities including covered parking. Some of the “perks” are exposed brick, exposed duct work, laminate and tile floors, theater room, game room, on site laundry for those condos without their own, kayaks and tandem bikes.
