In this latest market report from August 2016, we are continuing to experience a very active market. Sales to Listing price ratio is very high with a 101.6%, which is UP from July’s 98.2%. This indicates that Forest Hills condos are very much in demand and selling over full price. The median price of active listings in August was $249,900 while the median price of sold property was $241,873.
Median SOLD price is down from June and July but higher than May.
There are currently 22 active condo listings (9 new listings in August) with 10 properties selling.
The average days on the market for August is 41 days, which is slightly down from 44 days on the market in July.
