Local Grand Rapids Real Estate Market Stats

Locally, Sales to List price has been right around 100.9% for the month of May. Also during that time, the average days on the market is 26 days. However, in certain markets homes or condos are moving quickly, often within a week and with multiple offers. Listing inventory is up  slightly over April but marginally.
