Hudsonville can also boast of successful sports teams such as the Hudsonville High Football team, which has consistently won district championships over the past several years with the most recent coming in 2005. The Unity Christian High School Girls soccer team has also won the MHSAA state championship 3 years in a row and the basketball team has gone to the state finals 2 consecutive years.

HUDSONVILLE NATURE AREA: A 76 acre nature preserve offering hiking trails, wild flowers, picnic areas and lookouts. Located at the east end of New Holland Street.
HUGHES PARK: Located at the corner of Van Buren and 40th, Hughes Park has it all. Picnic areas and playground areas and sports such as tennis courts, baseball diamonds, beach volleyball, basketball and Frisbee golf. Shelter facilities are also available for rent.
