The latest Grandville Condos Market Report from July 2016 is out and the statistics are very interesting to say the least. July continued the trend of a very high Sales to Listing price ratio of 99%. That means that Grandville condos are selling close to full price. There are currently 10 active listings with 6 condos selling in July. (The average days on the market would be quite less but one of the condos had been on the market 260 days, skewing the results). One of the more active developments has been the Villas at Rivertown. These are approximately 10 years old and price out in the $220,000 – $250,000 range.
